1. Cannot start. Check whether the connection of wire connector is firm and switch contact is tight. If there is a break or poor contact, repair it.

2. Motor overheating. Check the wiring and switch for short circuit, check the impeller and impeller cover, the motor stator and rotor for friction, and remove obstacles in time.

3. Insufficient flow. This is because the head is too high, the pipe is too long, or the pipe has a right Angle bend. The head should be adjusted to shorten the pipe or change the bend of the pipe. At the same time, filters and blockages should be checked and removed.

4.You can't drink water. The cause is air in the pump or air in the inlet pipe. Elimination method: first the water pressure, then fill the pump body with water, and then boot. At the same time, check whether the reverse check valve is tight, pipe and joint have leakage phenomenon. If leakage is found, apply oil or paint on the joint after disassembly and tighten the screws. Check the oil seal ring of the pump shaft, and replace with new parts if there is serious wear.
