1. Before use, check whether the fasteners are tightened, the rotating part is flexible, and whether there is oil in the bearings. The sheller should be placed on a stable ground.

2. Before use, the power supply shall be checked and the switch must be in the disconnection position.

3. After the motor is started, the direction of the rotor should be consistent with the direction indicated on the machine. Run for a few minutes, observe whether there is abnormal sound, normal operation, before feeding peanuts evenly.

4. When feeding the peanut, it shall be uniform and appropriate, and shall not contain iron scraps, stones and other sundries, so as to avoid breaking the peanut and causing mechanical accidents. Only when the peanut is covered with a sieve can the outlet switch be opened.

5. Peanut should be suitable for dry and wet, and the crushing rate is high if it is too dry, while the working efficiency is affected if it is too wet. Select appropriate mesh according to peanut size.

6. When the peanut shell increases, the motor can be moved downward to tighten the fan belt and increase the air blowing capacity.

7. During operation, people should not stand on the side of belt transmission to avoid injuries.

8. After a period of use, when preparing to store the machine, remove the dust, dirt and dust on the outside, grains and other debris left inside. The machine should be well covered and placed in a dry storeroom to avoid sun and rain.

9. Remove the belt for safekeeping.

10. Clean the bearings of each part with diesel oil, and grease them after they are clean and dry.

11. The transmission part and bearing chamber shall be protected with sufficient lubrication and shall be cleaned and replaced regularly.
