Maintenance during the rainy season

When the rainy season comes, the workload of drainage and irrigation machinery is reduced and even stopped in some places. During the rainy season, the machinery is easy to rust, so the correct maintenance of drainage and irrigation machinery should be carried out to extend its service life.

1 . Deep well pump.If the deep well pump is not used for the time being, it should start running for half an hour every 7 to 10 days to prevent the motor, starter and other electrical equipment from being wet and the rotating part of the pump rust dead. If it is not used for a long time, the pump well should be taken out for maintenance, rust prevention, oil painting and replacement, and put into storage after assembly.

2 . Electric motor. The motor does not need to be subject to damp for a long time. Therefore, it should be removed from the well to remove the dirt on the housing and inspect all parts of the machine. If there is wear, it should be replaced or repaired and stored in the warehouse. If you do not use it temporarily, you can make blanket or plastic cloth on the motor and do a good job in rain, damp and dust prevention.
