1. Replace engine oil. For rice transplanters that have been used for one season or 50 hours, the engine oil should be replaced. The four-stroke gasoline engine oil can be purchased in the motorcycle accessories shop for use.

2. Clean the carburetor and purchase the cleaning agent in the motorcycle accessory store. Meanwhile, remove the precipitating cup. Add fuel and start engine test equipment.

3. Check whether the seedling needle and transplanting fork are deformation pinch, and if deformation can be corrected with a flat driver. Open the sled with planting fork, the sled is straight and parallel, and the clearance between the fork and the needle is about 1mm.

4. Check and adjust the main clutch handle pull wire, rice transplanting handle pull wire, lifting handle pull wire and steering clutch pull wire and sensitivity. If it is not sensitive or the clearance is too large, adjust the adjustment nut. At the same time, a few drops of oil are applied to these holes to increase flexibility.

5. Move the machine to the shore at the end of each day, rinse the mud and debris on the rice transplanter with water first, and then drive back to the garage.

6. As mentioned above, check and adjust the shape and space of the seedling needle and transplanting fork and spread butter, and at the same time, spread butter on the upper and lower rails and each sport piece.

7. Check the engine oil level, fuel tank oil level, hydraulic oil level and insufficient addition.

8. Add proper amount of butter and oil 1:1 mixture into the rubber plug hole of the insert part support and the insert arm.

9. When the rice transplanter is stored, all moving parts, screws and metal parts shall be covered with butter to prevent rust. Each operating handle is in disconnection and descending position. Put a few drops of oil on the cable.

Micro tillage machine

1. Run the engine for 5 minutes after the initial starting. Keep the engine running at low speed until the engine is hot. Do not run at high speed with full load or at low speed without load.

2. Avoid overload operation. The engine cannot run at full load during the operation period. It can run in accordance with the speed of 3,000 RPM and the load is about 50%.

4. If oil is mixed with water and dirt, the diesel engine will not operate normally or can not be used as a vehicle. The oil at the bottom of the container should not be used.

5. Selection method of motor oil. Choosing the right oil is very important. If the oil mark used is not suitable, the piston ring will be glued, burning the piston ring; Rapid wear of cylinder liner; Rapid wear of bearings and other moving parts can shorten the service life of diesel engines.

6. Keep the air filter clean. If the engine power is insufficient and the smoke deteriorates, replace the air filter or clean core. The first cleaning was for 100 hours. The second time was for 500 hours, and the filter was replaced after 1000 hours.

7. Common troubleshooting

(1) the vehicle cannot be made -- check the oil in the fuel tank and the fuel is clean; Check whether the fuel tank switch is on; Check the nozzle for oil injection.

(2) it is difficult to start -- whether to open the pressure reducing handle; Whether the oil is lubricated according to the label; Whether the crankshaft bearing is seriously worn; Whether the cylinder sleeve is "pulled".

(3) insufficient power of the engine -- incorrect injection time; Incorrect valve clearance; Compression ratio is not up to standard; Insufficient air intake.

The tractor

1. Do not start the fierce lift clutch. Slowly release the clutch pedal and properly increase the throttle. Otherwise, it will cause impact on the clutch assembly and transmission, or even damage.

2. The tractor is not allowed to slide downhill when it is in neutral or clutch.

3. Shifting and working speed selection of the tractor. The correct selection of the working speed of the tractor can not only obtain the best productivity and economy, but also extend the service life of the tractor. When the tractor is working, it should not always be overloaded, so that the engine has a certain power reserve. The choice of tractor working speed in the field should make the engine at 80% load.

4. Generally, the engine accelerator should be reduced first, then the main clutch pedal should be pressed down, and then the operating pedal of the driving brake should be gradually pressed down to make the tractor stable. In case of emergency braking, both the main clutch pedal and the operating brake pedal should be pressed simultaneously. The driver is not allowed to put his foot on the brake pedal or clutch pedal while in motion. Special reminder: when the tractor is on the road, the left and right brake pedal must be locked. When the tractor stops on the slope, it should wait until the engine turns off, and then put the gear on before releasing the brake pedal. When going up the slope, put the forward gear on the ramp and when going down the ramp.

5. When the tractor is operating under heavy loads in the field or on the moist and soft soil, it is usually connected with the front drive bridge to realize four-wheel drive operation. The tractor is not allowed to engage the front drive axle in general transportation on hard road, otherwise it will cause early wear of the front wheel.
