If the engine oil is injected from the refueling port when the engine is working, it shows that not only the cylinder liner and piston have been seriously worn, but also the piston ring may have been broken or stuck, or has been pulled cylinder, combustion chamber high temperature and high pressure gas produces a serious "down exhaust" phenomenon. At this point, the power of the engine obviously decreases, and the fuel consumption increases sharply.
If abnormal sound can be heard at the refueling port when a short "when, when" sound, the engine suddenly accelerated from idle speed when the sound is more prominent, and the higher the speed, the louder the sound, a single cylinder off fire (oil) when the sound is reduced or disappeared, can be judged to be the abnormal sound of connecting rod bearings, should consider the gap between connecting rod bearings. Whether it is too large, whether the connecting rod bolts are loose or not, and then use them after troubleshooting.
