1. What is wheat seeder?

Wheat planter (wheat seeder) is a mechanical device that grows wheat seeds in the ground through a seeding mechanical system.

The wheat planter is a planting machine powered by a tractor for sowing and fertilizing.

2. Wheat Seeder Usage

The wheat planter should be inspected for good condition before use. There should be no sundries in the seeding box. There should be no weeds and clods on the opener. After the planter and the tractor are hanging, the frame should be in a horizontal state. Adjust the line spacing of the opener and the depth of the grooved soil pressure roller. The seeds in the seed box need to cover the seeding port.

When it is determined that the wheat planter is in good condition, seeding can begin. If the planting area is large, it should be tested for 20 meters to observe the working condition of the planter. When sowing, the ground should be swayed first, so as not to cause the broadcast depth to be too shallow. Try to drive at a constant speed during the sowing process to prevent replay and missed broadcast.

3. Wheat Seeder Maintenance

After the wheat planter has been used, the agricultural machinery should first be cleaned to remove dirt, oil and residue from the seed box and fertilizer tank. Relax the chain, tape and spring to keep it in a natural state to avoid deformation. Replace worn openers, gears, chains and other parts in a timely manner. Parts that are prone to rust should be coated with anti-rust oil. Leave the opener off the ground. Park the implement in a dry, ventilated warehouse. Plastic and rubber parts should be protected from sunlight and oil to avoid accelerated aging.
