3.8 Regularly clean, inspect, tighten, adjust, lubricate, add and replace consumable parts of the combine harvester.

(6) Inspection of other items. Whether there are cracks in the welded parts, whether all kinds of oil and water are clean enough, whether the fasteners are firm, whether the movement of the rotating parts is flexible and reliable, whether the operating device is flexible, accurate and reliable, especially the hydraulic operating mechanism must be accurate when used.
3.9 Operation according to specifications can reduce failures and improve efficiency.
(1) Start the engine without load, combine the clutch with low speed, and pull the control valve to decelerate the combine harvester, reduce the harvesting table to the normal cutting height and increase the throttle engine to reach the rated speed.
(2) After the harvester runs 50-100 meters, check the quality of the work, and make necessary adjustments when necessary, until the work quality meets the requirements, and put it into normal work.
(3) Always use large throttle operation. It is not possible to reduce the throttle to reduce the forward speed. The smaller the throttle, the slower the rhythm of the working mechanism of the harvesting and threshing parts of the harvester, which can reduce the work quality and even block the harvesting table or the drum. 3.10 Ensure complete integrity of the combine harvester when it is idle.
(1) Remove dust and dirt, open all windows, covers and shields of the unit, carefully remove grass clippings, broken straw and oil from all parts of the machine to clean the unit.
(2) Remove the chain, clean it with diesel oil and immerse it in the oil for 20 minutes, then store it separately with paper; remove the tape, wash it, dry it, put on talcum powder, and keep it safe.
(3) Replace the lubricating oil in each part and then turn it a few times without load.
(4) Apply oil and rust on the working friction parts or paint stripping.
(5) Brush the outside of the machine with water. After drying, apply a small amount of lubricating oil with a rag.
(6) After the machine is put into storage, lower the harvesting table and place it on the skid. Lift the drive wheel bridge and the steering wheel bridge with the jack and pad the skid. 4. Grain(Wheat) Combine Harvester Symptom of failure
4.1 The engine speed is gradually reduced before the flameout, and the exhaust pipe emits black smoke.

(6) Screen surface blockage

(7) Chain break
The chain tension is not suitable; the chain is eccentric; the drive shaft is bent to make the sprocket yaw; the chain continues to be used after severe wear; the sprocket wear exceeds the allowable limit; the sleeve roller chain split pin is broken off, or the joint clip opening direction Reversed; the hook chain is severely worn or reversed, causing the chain to break, break and disengage. b. Starting is weak. Poor contact of the battery poles (called virtual connection), or insufficient battery power can cause the starting force to be weak. If the brightness of the lamp is normal and the horn sounds normal, the power is sufficient, otherwise the power is insufficient. (9) Charging failure
a. No charging. Failure to charge may be due to a malfunction of the regulator or generator. The method of judging is to start the engine. In the idle state, short-circuit the regulator power supply and the magnetic field end with the wire (body) to see the current meter reaction. If there is no change, the throttle can be added slowly to increase the speed. If there is charging current, the regulator is damaged. The regulator should be replaced; if there is still no response, the generator is damaged and the generator should be repaired or replaced.
b. The charging current is too large. The normal working state of the ammeter should be that the charging current is large at the beginning, but the needle indication gradually becomes normal after a few minutes. If the charging current indicated for a long time is too large, the regulator is damaged and should be replaced.
(10) Instrument failure
a. The light does not illuminate. When the light is off, the fuse is blown. If the fuse is intact, check the lamp and wire connectors.
b. Indicate that the meter has no indication. If the meter does not indicate, the power can be turned on and the corresponding sensor is shorted. If the instrument indicates, the sensor is damaged; if there is still no indication, the instrument is damaged and should be replaced.
c. Indicates that there is no return. When the power is turned on, the meter indicates the highest position. When the engine is running, the pointer cannot return to the normal indication. Disconnect the sensor. If the indicator indicates that it can return to the zero position, the sensor is short-circuited and should be replaced. If the sensor is disconnected, the instrument indication cannot be returned to zero, indicating that the instrument is damaged.
