2. Walking Tractor Structure

5. Usage of DEKEN Walking Tractor
(1) Plowing operation
When the walking tractor pulls the one-way double ploughing operation, one driving wheel is on the uncultivated land, and the other driving wheel is in the furrow. The adhesion coefficient between the two wheels and the ground is different, and the slip ratio is different, resulting in the unit One direction is driving. For the Dongfeng-12 type walking tractor, the following adjustments can be made to adjust: adjust the clearance value (swing gap) between the left and right adjustment screws on the traction frame and the intermediate connection frame, and adjust the 681 type one-way double plough to 1.5mm. Left and right, 1LS-220 and 701 unidirectional double plows are adjusted to about 5 mm. During the plowing process, if the tractor is still deflected to the right, loosen the two fastening screws, shorten the extension of the left adjustment screw, and extend the extension of the right screw. Until the armrest unit is released, it can travel normally along the ditch wall.
(2) Rotary tillage
Possible reasons for the partial driving in the rotary tilling operation: the tail wheel is deformed again, and the tail wheel shaft is not assembled in the fork, so that the tail wheel is deflected. The bearings on the tail shaft are damaged or severely worn. The coulter is misplaced or broken and dropped. When the rotation of the rotary tillage occurs, the relevant parts should be corrected, repaired, reloaded or replaced according to the specific conditions. Before the problem is solved, instead of using the steering clutch to correct the deviation, the method of pushing and pulling the armrest should be used to correct the deviation.
(3) Seeding operations
When the walking tractor is used for seeding operations, there are two kinds of matching conditions: one is the traction type grain seeding machine; the other is the synchronous transmission rice and wheat seeding machine.
The main reason for the unit's partial drive during the sowing operation is that the installation head (or opener) has a non-inconsistent installation height or left-right asymmetry in the direction of the broadcast, and the error or breakage occurs during the configuration and installation of the rotary cutter, and the traction frame collides and deforms. . Due to the above reasons, the sowing operation is subjected to resistance in the direction of the broadcast, and a torsional moment is generated, causing the unit to drive. To this end, the seeding machine technical status should be carefully checked before the planting operation, and the rotary cutter coulter should be configured and installed according to the regulations. The seeding head (or opener) should be symmetrically arranged to ensure consistent installation height and meet the agronomic requirements.
(4) Harvesting operations
The walking tractor is mainly equipped with 4GL-130 harvester. The main reason for the deviation of the unit is that the cutting gap of the harvester is different in the cutting direction; the cutting resistance is different, the cutting edge is high and the side is low, and the cutting height is different during harvesting. The working resistance is not equal; the cutting width is not properly selected; the ground is not flat. Corresponding measures should be taken for specific reasons.
(5) Ditching operation
The general walking tractor is mainly equipped with a small disc trencher, which is mainly used to excavate the field drain. The main reason for the poor linearity of the ditching operation is that the plane symmetry center line of the cutter head and the center plane deviation of the driving wheel axle of the walking tractor exceed the specified; the cutter head is twisted and deformed; the frame is deformed and skewed; the coulter is incorrectly installed; the coulter is broken and falls off. Care should be taken to inspect and correct the cutterhead and frame. Correctly install the rotary cutter coulter, carefully adjust the position of the cutter head, and find that the coulter breaks and falls off. Stop the flame immediately and replace the parts.
(6) Irrigation and threshing operations
Equipped with corresponding water pump and thresher, diesel flywheel belt connected to water pump or thresher, relying on diesel flywheel rotation to drive water pump or thresher can be used for irrigation and threshing of wheat and other crops.
(7) Transportation operations
Hand-held tractors with trailers can be used for both field transportation and road transportation. Generally, the 12-horsepower hand-held trailer is a 1 ton single-axle trailer with a maximum load of 1 ton.
