1. What is Share Plough

The Share plough is a farmland cultivator, which is a full-hanging hoe plow, consisting of a thick blade at the end of a beam. It is usually carried on a group of livestock or motor vehicles that pull it, and is also driven by manpower to break up the clods and plow the trenches to prepare for planting. It has the functions of breaking the bottom layer of the plow, restoring the soil layer structure, improving the soil water storage capacity, eliminating some weeds, reducing pests and diseases, leveling the surface and improving the standard of agricultural mechanization.

2. Share Plough Structure

Main plow body: Its function is to cut, crush and turn soil and weeds. It is mainly composed of ploughshare, plow wall, plow side plate, plow support and  plow column.

The ploughshare, also known as the ploughshare, can be divided into triangular rafts, trapezoidal rafts, and chisel rafts according to the structure (also can be classified as triangular ploughshares, equal width ploughshares, unequal width ploughshares, and side ploughshares).

The plow wall is also called a plow mirror and can be divided into an integral type, a combined type and a grid type.

The plow wall and the ploughshare form the surface of the plow body. According to the characteristics of the soil movement during the ploughing of the plough body, it is divided into three types: rolling type, squat type and rolling type. The rolling type can be divided into shredded soil type, general type and turned soil type according to the different functions of soil turning and soil breaking.

The coulter is installed in front of the main plough body and the small front plough. Its function is to cut the soil and weed residue vertically, reduce the resistance, reduce the wear of the main plough blade, ensure the tidy wall and improve the covering quality. The coulter is divided into a straight coulter and a round coulter. The round coulter is mainly composed of a disc blade, a hub, a shank, a tool holder and a cutter shaft.

The deep loose shovel is installed on the lower back of the main plough body, loosening the heart soil below the ploughing layer, and achieving the ups and downs. The heart shovel is divided into two types: a single wing shovel and a double wing shovel. The heart shovel is fixedly connected to the main plough body on the hanging plough.
