1. What is Rotary Tiller?
DEKEN Rotary tiller is a tilling machine that is equipped with tractors to complete ploughing and hoeing operations. Because of its strong ability to break soil and flat surface after ploughing, it has been widely used. At the same time, it can cut the roots buried below the surface to facilitate the operation of the planter and provide a good seed bed for later seeding.

5. How to use Rotary Tiller?
(1) At the beginning of the operation, the rotary tiller should be in a raised state. First, the power output shaft is combined to increase the speed of the cutter shaft to the rated speed, and then the rotary tiller is lowered to gradually insert the blade into the required depth. It is forbidden to combine the power output shaft or the sharply descending rotary tiller after the blade is put into the soil, so as not to cause the blade to bend or break and increase the load of the tractor.
(2) In the operation, it should be slowed down as low as possible, which can ensure the quality of the work, make the clods fine, and reduce the wear of the parts. Pay attention to whether the rotary tiller has noise or metal knocking sound, and observe the soil and depth of the soil. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection, and continue to work after the exclusion.
(3) When turning at the ground, work is prohibited. The rotary tiller should be raised to remove the blade from the ground and the tractor throttle should be reduced to avoid damage to the blade. When raising the rotary tiller, the angle of inclination of the universal joint should be less than 30 degrees. When it is too large, it will produce impact noise, which will cause premature wear or damage.
(4) When reversing, crossing the field and transferring the plot, the rotary tiller should be raised to the highest position and the power should be cut off to avoid damage to the machine. If it is transferred to a distant place, the rotary tiller should be fixed with a locking device.
(5) The rotary tiller should be maintained after each shift. Remove dirt and weeds from the blade, check the tightness of each connector, fill the grease points, and grease the joints to prevent wear and tear.
6. How to Adjust The Rotary Tiller?
(1) Adjust horizontally left and right. Stop the tractor with the rotary tiller on the flat ground, lower the rotary tiller, make the blade 5 cm away from the ground, and observe whether the height of the left and right cutting edges is the same, so as to ensure the level of the cutter shaft is uniform and the tillage depth is even.
(2) Adjust horizontally before and after. When the rotary tiller is lowered to the required depth of ploughing, observe whether the angle between the joint and the axis of the rotary tiller is close to the horizontal position. If the angle of the universal joint is too large, the pull rod can be adjusted to make the rotary tiller in a horizontal position.
(3) Increase the height adjustment. In the rotary tillage operation, the angle of the universal joint is not allowed to be greater than 10 degrees, and the ground is not allowed to be greater than 30 degrees when cornering. Therefore, the lifting of the rotary tiller, for the use of the position of the available screws in the appropriate position of the handle to limit the position; the use of height adjustment, special attention should be paid when lifting, if you need to raise the rotary tiller, the power of the universal joint should be removed .
