First, check the fuel system during start-up to confirm whether the burner makes a crunchy sound. If the sound of fuel injection cannot be heard, it means that the fuel entering the cylinder is weak. You can check if the pump is loose and if the oil comes out.
1. If there is no oil outlet, an abnormal low pressure oil circuit is displayed, it is checked whether the fuel tank is full, whether the filter is blocked, whether the oil cap is ventilated, and whether the oil circuit has air. After removing the fault, tighten the air screw until the fuel comes out.
2. When the fuel comes out, it means the low pressure oil path is normal. High-pressure oil lines (such as injection pumps, injectors, etc.) often fail. At this time, the high-pressure pipe should be removed and continued inspection:
(1) Turn the motor to maximize the throttle. If the pumping connection of the fuel pump does not have an intermittent fuel outlet, the fuel injection shelf is usually stuck or the piston spring is broken. The fuel pump must be disassembled from the engine for maintenance. In addition, when 190 diesel engines are loosened the screws on the speed lever or installed in reverse direction on the speed control disk (the shoulder must be installed on the front of the engine), The speed control flying ball drops and the injection pump lever gets stuck by the force in the stop position. The jet pump is sometimes disconnected from the connector without interruption.
(2) turn the motor and press the throttle into the oil flow stop position of the oil outlet connector of the fuel injection pump. At this time, the extraction pipe connection should be unloaded. If the spring break of the oil outlet valve is not found, the oil outlet valve and the seat must be cleaned before loading.
(3) when the cylinder, such as high pressure oil pump, supplies fuel intermittently, the injector should be removed and the high-pressure oil pump should be connected with high-pressure oil outside the pump body so that the engine rotates and observes the fuel injection of the injector. If the injector does not inject fuel, the injection pressure adjustment screw may slightly loosen. In case of fuel flow, the needle valve of the nozzle and the Guide of the valve body are very worn or indicate that the junction surface of the nozzle with the nozzle body is not smooth, which causes fuel leakage. By fully screwing the adjusting screw, the nozzle will become stuck in the closing position. The injector is injected into the line and cannot be atomized. In the event that the oil cut is not simple, the needle valve of the injector is stuck in the open position. The injector injects fuel, but it is weak, accompanied by a serious drip phenomenon, indicating that the nozzle seal is not tightened. When the nozzle pressure adjustment screw is loosened, fuel is injected, but the injection is weak and slightly tight, so the injector is not injected, indicating that the piston is very worn and should be repaired or replaced.
Next, if a "crisp" injection sound is heard from the injector during start-up, the injection is good. But still can't start, please check the refueling time. In addition, if the starting hole of the vortex chamber is blocked by carbon, the starting of the engine becomes difficult.
In addition, the lack of pressure is also one of the reasons for the difficulty of starting when the above conditions are normal and the engine is difficult to start, so the cylinder pressure should be checked according to the regulations.
Fourth, the blockage of the intake tube and the air filter may also cause difficulties in starting, and it is expected that sufficient attention will be paid in the inspection.
Fifth, cold weather is also one of the factors that make it difficult to start. Therefore, in the cold seasons, before starting the machine, the machine must be heated.
